Preheat the oven to 180°C. Loosely beat eggs, sugar, salt and lemon peel for 3-4 minutes. Mix the flour with the starch, sift and stir it. Stir the lukewarm butter through at the end. Line a rectangular dish with backing paper and poor in the dough.
Place the baking in an oven and bake it for 15 minutes. Cut the surface and bake for another at 160°C 60 minutes.
Take out the cake from the oven and allow it to cool down, then remove it from the baking form.
Serve the cake with icing sugar!
