Bread Dumplings with spinach
Prepare the bread dumplings. Wash the leaf spinach or allow to defrost. Chop onion and garlic, and fry them quickly in a melted butter for a few minutes. Put the spinach in the pan and brown it. Add the cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and serve with dumplings.
