|blueberry (fresh or frozen)
|maple syrup or cinnamon sugar
Prepare pancake batter. Halve banana lengthwise and cut them into thin strips. Add banana slices into batter and mix in. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Meanwhile sieve blueberries and leave them to drip off (or use berries in frozen state). Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Stir the batter one more time.
Put the battle little by little in small portions with a ladle in a frying pan. Spread some blueberries on it. Fry the pancakes slowly at middle heat until they are golden-brown. If air bubbles appear on the surface, it is possible to turn the pancake and fry it from the other side. Prepare the remaining dough the same way.
Serve with maple syrup or cinnamon sugar.
