Bread Dumplings with onion sauce
Prepare the bread dumplings according to the instruction.
Peel the onion and cut into rings. Clean the mushrooms and halve them. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Put 2 T. oil in the pan and heat it up, then fry the onion. Put mushrooms and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add tomatoes and sauté the mixture. Saeson with sald and pepper. Deglaze with stock and heat it up shortly.
Stir in the starch in water and put the sauce into the mixture, heat up again and taste it.
Wash the parsley, pat dry, chop it and add to the Sauce.
