170g for 500ml liquid.
Dry mixture preparation of potato Fritters.
A classic for all ages. Goes well with vegetables, salad or fish.
Preparation

1. Stir bag (170g) contents quickly into 500ml of cold water. Leave potato dough to soak for approx 15 min. Sir seversal times.

2. Heat fat in the pan. Put dough into pan and create small potato fritters by tablespoon.
Fry golden-brown from both sides at max. 170°C.

3. Ready to be served.
