Whether as potato & chickpea mash, as a fine soup or crispy patties – with our potato & chickpea mash you can conjure up a variety of different dishes.
1. Pour 200ml of water and 100ml of milk** into a pot and bring to a boil with the lid on.
Take the pot off the stove and add 100ml of cold milk**.
** soya milk or rice milk also can be used
2. Stir in the contents of the bag (62.5 g product) into the hot liquid (max. 80°C). Briefly leave to soak – ready to be served.
3. The mash potato stays fluffy and creamy over a longer period of time.
