Preparation

1. Place the contents of the sachet (50 g) together with 60 ml organic milk (3.5 % fat) (or alternatively soya or rice milk) into a microwaveable mug and stir vigorously with a fork until the powder has completely dissolved.

2. Cook the filled mug in the microwave at 1000 W for around 45 seconds (or around 60 seconds at 800 W).

3. The cake is now ready to eat. Enjoy the mug cake warm.
