Dry mixture preparation for mashed potatoes.
Greatest pleasure within 3 minutes: That’s what you get from "Engel – Meine Heimatküche" with this classic potato mash.
1. Pour 250ml of water and 125ml of milk** into a pot and bring to a boil with the lid on.
Take the pot off the stove.
Add 125ml of cold milk**.
**soya milk or rice milk also can be used
2. Stir the contents of the bag into the hot liquid. Briefly leave to soak. Ready to be served!
3. The purée stays fluffy and creamy over a longer period of time.
